  I don’t recommend buying anything from this store at all even if it is the last clothing store in the world. Because they have bad customer service( bad manners).I bought 2 hats, 2 hours later I returned one of them because I found nicer and cheaper on at roots and the refund terms at Columbia says you could return the article within 21 days. In the beginning the cashier whose name is not on the receipt( the big women with long brown hair)refused to return it with aggressive language , then I showed her Columbia’s terms on the back of the receipt and only then she returned it with a grim and pull face. Which made me feel as if I stole it and all the fun I had skying went a way because of her behavior. I used to be a good customer of Columbia and if Columbia does nothing with this situation, all my friends, my family and I will never buy anything from Columbia.
